How to make a reservation

It is necessary to make a reservation for most routes. Since reservation by telephone is taken care of by individual bus companies with certain exceptions please call the reservation center or a travel agency.

When making a reservation by phone, please purchase the ticket by the departure day. As the method of purchasing a ticket is different from company to company, please confirm the purchase place and time limit when you make your reservation. Please note that the reservation might be canceled if your ticket is not purchased by the time limit.

A handling fee may be charged when purchasing, changing, or canceling a ticket through a travel agency.

For telephone reservations, please confirm the following items:
  1. The date of your bus trip (the month and the day)
  2. Desired route (destination)
  3. The number of passengers (and gender)
  4. Whether for one way or round trip (the day and the route of return trip in case of round trip)
  5. Passenger's telephone number
  6. Passenger's name(s)

How to buy a ticket

The reservation and handling procedures are different in each company and each route where the high speed bus is operated. Please inquire about purchasing details to the specific bus company by phone.

Because routes where tickets are necessary vary from bus company to bus company, please inquire beforehand through a larger travel agency.

Routes with no smoking allowed have been increasing. Those who smoke should inquire with the individual bus company.
